We advise our customers to make payments with cryptocurrencies as they are quick and easy. If you have no experience with cryptocurrency transfers, we will help you with every step of the transfer in an online session. We will show you how to make the transfer directly to your personal account at an exchange where you can exchange EUR/CHF for BTC/USDT. At the same time, we take the opportunity to set up your wallet (if you don’t already have one) where you will receive your daily payments in BTC. Contact hosting@novakraft.com.py to arrange your appointment.

The hash price refers to the expected value of 1 TH/s hashing power per day. The metric indicates how much a miner can earn with a certain amount of hashrate. You can specify the hash price in any currency or asset, but we display the metric in USD.

If you want to stop mining, you can sell your machines on a secondary market where used machines are offered. If you wish, we can help you organize the sale easily and safely and at no cost.

When you buy a package from us, you purchase the machine and the energy it consumes for a year. When the machines arrive in Paraguay, we issue an invoice that makes you the legal owner of the machines. Everything the machine generates goes directly into your wallet, there are no intermediaries in between. Our job is simply to make sure your machine is working around the clock in the most efficient way possible.

No. Novakraft does not have access to your wallet. We can help you set up your wallet if you wish, but only you have access to it.

The machines are supplied with a 1-year warranty. This means that any failure of the machine within this year is 100% covered by the warranty. After the warranty period has expired, repairs for technical defects are at the customer’s expense (if any).

If you have purchased one of our packages, you can visit our facilities at any time. Simply let us know which day you would like to visit us by emailing hosting@novakraft.com.py and we will schedule a personal tour of our facilities.
